My organization can pay the full ECRF program fee.
The standard ECRF program fee is $25,000 plus the cost of books ($60 each) and faculty travel. Partner organizations can charge a $1,350 registration fee for each participant. The full registration fees for a full cohort of 36 participants yield a revenue of $48,600 for the host institution in support of the Lake Program fee, binder costs, facility fees, hospitality expenses, and partner revenue. Out of that amount, full or partial scholarships may be offered to various Participants at the host institution’s discretion.
What year are you hoping to host the course?
Is your organization set up to manage course registrations, coordinate lodging for faculty, and have space to host the course?
Meeting space requirements include: Small rounds or pod-style set up, capable of seating 36 Participants, plenty of elbow room and access to outlets is preferable so that Participants who bring personal technology can plug in (extension cords if needed.) Table/podium in front and table off to the side for other instructors. Please note when booking the meeting room that the most we would have in the room at a time is 39 (36 Participants, 3 instructors/support). Host institution provides beverages, snacks and one lunch during the course session days as a part of the meeting room hospitality.
